Effective as of November 2024


These Terms and Conditions apply to all Sweet Rituals Skin Studio gift cards and service packages purchased in person or online through our official booking or retail platforms.

By purchasing or using a Sweet Rituals Skin Studio Gift Card or Service Package, you agree to the following terms and policies.





Gift Cards



  1. Expiration: All Sweet Rituals Skin Studio gift cards expire one (1) year from the original purchase date unless otherwise required by law.
  2. Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be shared once the original recipient has started using the balance.
  3. Lost or Stolen Cards: Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced or reissued, and Sweet Rituals Skin Studio is not responsible for unauthorized use.
  4. Fraud or Misuse: Sweet Rituals Skin Studio reserves the right to deactivate, cancel, or suspend any gift card if fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.
  5. Additional Payment: Purchases exceeding the card value will require additional payment for the remaining balance.
  6. No Resale or Cash Exchange: Gift cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash except as required by law.
  7. Cancellation or No-Show Deductions: If a no-call/no-show occurs or a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, Sweet Rituals Skin Studio reserves the right to deduct a $25 rebooking fee or one full service value from the gift card balance. The $25 is not refundable if no call continues to occur.
  8. Program Updates: Sweet Rituals Skin Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the gift card program or its terms at any time.






Packages



  1. Sharing Policy: Select packages may be shared between clients only if specified at the time of purchase. Packages not marked as shareable are intended for individual use only.
  2. Expiration: All service packages expire one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
  3. Scheduling & Use: Services in a package must be used and scheduled before the expiration date. Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited.
  4. Non-Refundable: Packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other services.
  5. Cancellation or No-Show Deductions: If a no-call/no-show occurs or a cancellation is made within 24 hours, Sweet Rituals Skin Studio reserves the right to deduct one full service from the package.
  6. Policy Updates: Sweet Rituals Skin Studio reserves the right to update package terms, pricing, or conditions at any time.






Service Timing



All service durations include consultation, preparation, and cleanup time. Please arrive on time to receive your full service experience.
